HOUSE BILL NO. 2051 AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE (Proposed by the House Committee on Rules on January 17, 2007) (Patron Prior to Substitute--Delegate McQuigg) A BILL to amend and reenact § 30-239 of the Code of Virginia, relating to the Virginia Disability Commission.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That § 30-239 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 30-239. Sunset.

This chapter shall expire on July 1, 20072012.
