VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding in Chapter 30 of Title 30 a section numbered 30-200.1, and to repeal the second enactment of Chapter 526 of the Acts of Assembly of 2002, relating to continuation of the Advisory Council on Career and Technical Education. [H 2040] Approved

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding in Chapter 30 of Title 30 a section numbered 30-200.1 as follows:

§ 30-200.1. Sunset.

This chapter shall expire on July 1, 2012.

2.  That the second enactment of Chapter 526 of the Acts of Assembly of 2002 is repealed.
