Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1. That those portions of the following highways located within the boundaries of the Eighth Planning District are hereby designated Emergency Response Evacuation Routes:  U.S. Route 15, U.S. Route 29, and U.S. Route 50, Virginia Route 7, Virginia Route 9, Virginia Route 28, and Virginia Route 606. No highway so designated shall have impediments placed thereon not authorized by the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices published by the Federal Highway Administration.
