066649298Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. That the maximum speed between sunset and sunrise for a motorboat, as defined in § 29.1-700, operating on the waters of any lake (i) more than 500 feet above sea level and (ii) of 20,000 acres or more and wholly located with the Commonwealth, shall be 35 miles per hour.
§ 2. Any person who violates § 1 shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $250.
§ 3. The provisions of this act shall be enforced as provided for in § 29.1-745.
