CHAPTER 719 An Act to amend and reenact the second enactment of Chapter 913 of the Acts of Assembly of 2000, relating to appointment of volunteer assistant attorneys for the Commonwealth. [S 1067] Approved March 21, 2007

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That the second enactment of Chapter 913 of the Acts of Assembly of 2000 is amended and reenacted as follows:

2.  That the provisions of this act shall apply to any city with a population over 350,000 and, any city contiguous thereto, and to the City of Richmond.
