CHAPTER 459 An Act to amend and reenact § 30-239 of the Code of Virginia, relating to the Virginia Disability Commission. [H 2051] Approved March 19, 2007

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 30-239 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 30-239. Sunset.

This chapter shall expire on July 1, 2007 2012.
