CHAPTER 401 An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding in Chapter 30 of Title 30 a section numbered 30-200.1, and to repeal the second enactment of Chapter 526 of the Acts of Assembly of 2002, relating to continuation of the Advisory Council on Career and Technical Education. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding in Chapter 30 of Title 30 a section numbered 30-200.1 as follows:

§ 30-200.1. Sunset.

This chapter shall expire on July 1, 2012.

2.  That the second enactment of Chapter 526 of the Acts of Assembly of 2002 is repealed.
