CHAPTER 141 An Act to award a service pistol and shotgun to Captain Kimberly S. Lettner. [H 3144] Approved March 8, 2007

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That Captain Kimberly S. Lettner be, and hereby is, vested with title to, and authorized to possess and retain as her own, her service pistol for payment of $1.05 and shotgun for payment of $152.25 which she used as a member of the Virginia Department of State Police. This transfer is made as a visible and express token of the appreciation of the General Assembly for the professionalism, devotion, and dedication of Captain Kimberly S. Lettner, in her 21 years and 11 months of service.
