Information furnished to parents shall include the statement that the Commonwealth is not liable for any subsequent loss or impairment of fertility for a woman who has received the HPV vaccine to carry a pregnancy to term. Additionally, parents shall be advised that the Federal Food and Drug Administration has not certified that the HPV vaccine is free from long-term complications.
