        Further, the discretion afforded by the foregoing with respect to lower-level undergraduate courses shall be in effect only for Old Dominion University’s Spring 2007 semester, which concludes on May 3, 2007.

        § 2. That the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia shall not extend the provisions of this Act, nor authorize further waivers to Old Dominion University, pending the formal review of, and final action on, the study of the feasibility of establishing a four-year degree granting institution of higher education in Hampton Roads conducted in accordance with House Joint Resolution 625 as it may be enacted by the 2007 General Assembly and legislation adopted by the General Assembly that regulates the offering of 100 and 200 level undergraduate courses within higher education centers, including the Virginia Beach Higher Education Center.
