That, upon passage of this act and prior to its effective date, the Department of Game and Inland Fisheries shall work with the Department of Conservation and Recreation to provide notice of this act to all owners of impoundments for which complete contact information is available within the Department of Conservation and Recreation’s Dam Safety Inventory Database.

3. That the provisions of this act shall become effective on January 1, 2008.
