SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Northern Virginia Transportation Authority.  Allows the Northern Virginia Transportation Authority to impose and collect tolls for use of newly constructed facilities and facilities that are reconstructed so as to increase their traffic capacity. The bill also allows the issuance of bonds supported by revenues generated by toll collections.
