SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Tolls for use of U.S. Route 17 in Chesapeake.  Requires the Commonwealth Transportation Board to impose tolls for the use of U.S. Route 17 in the City of Chesapeake.  The bill becomes effective upon concurrence and approval of the Federal Highway Administration.
