SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Income tax; railroad company tax credit. Grants a tax credit to a rail company that improves its intermodal rail lines located in western Virginia. The credit will be for direct costs incurred in undertaking the rail improvements, for taxable years beginning on or after January 1, 2007, and before January 1, 2012. The credit is limited to $2.5 million dollars.
