SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Reckless driving; fee.  Provides that any person convicted of reckless driving that results in a traffic accident causing a significant traffic delay shall pay an amount, not to exceed $10,000, to be determined by the judge and deposited into the Transportation Trust Fund.
