HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 501 Offered March 27, 2006 Salaries, contingent and incidental expenses. ---------- Patron-- Callahan ----------

RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That the Comptroller is directed to issue his warrants on the Treasurer, payable from the contingent fund of the House to accomplish the work of the House of Delegates during the 2006 Special Session I of the General Assembly.  Necessary payments to cover salaries of temporary employees, as well as contingent and incidental expenses will be certified by the Clerk or his designee; and be it

RESOLVED FURTHER, That on any day that the House of Delegates is not in session, the members of any conference committee, standing committee, subcommittee, joint legislative study committee and the members of any legislative commission or council established by the General Assembly may receive compensation as provided in § 30-19.12 of the Code of Virginia and in the 2004-2006 Appropriation Act.
