§ 4-5.12. Prohibition on the Transfer of Transportation Assets.

Notwithstanding any other law, regulation, memorandum of understanding, or agreement, the Department of Transportation shall not implement any transfer of any interest in, control of, or the collection of any revenue from the operation of the Dulles Toll Road to the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority unless specifically authorized by the General Assembly.
