SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Study; comprehensive energy plan for the Commonwealth; report. Requests the Secretary of Natural Resources to study the development of a comprehensive energy plan for the Commonwealth. The plan will evaluate the Commonwealth's current and future energy supply and demand. This resolution has been incorporated into SB 261.
