SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Memorial resolution; Celebrating the life of the Reverend James McNeal Yarbrough.  Expresses the deep sorrow of the General Assembly upon the passing of Reverend James McNeal Yarbrough, native son, pastor, and alumnus and beloved longtime employee of Longwood University.

This resolution is a recommendation of the Brown v. Board of Education Scholarship Awards Committee.
