SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Study; motor vehicle sales and use tax; low-emission vehicles; report. Creates a study to examine the availability of mass-marketed low-emission vehicles and to make recommendations concerning the feasibility of implementing a revenue-neutral tax incentive that would impose a lower motor vehicle sales and use tax on low-emission vehicles than on high-emission vehicles.
