SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Study; Requesting the Board of Education to take certain action concerning the Standards of Learning assessments for history and social studies; report. Requests the Board of Education to consider increasing the number of questions on Standards of Learning assessments from the framework for the Standards of Learning for history and social studies that relate to instruction pertaining to minority persons.
The Board of Education is requested to submit an executive summary and report of its progress in meeting the request of the resolution to the 2007 Session of the General Assembly.
