SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Establishing a joint committee on revenue estimates. Establishes a joint committee in the legislative branch to oversee preparation of revenue estimates for the General Assembly. This resolution is a recommendation of the Joint Subcommittee to Study the Balance of Powers Between the Legislative and Executive Branches pursuant to HJR 707 (2005).
