SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Comparative religion as elective course. Reallocates the duty to authorize a comparative religion class from local school boards to the Board of Education. In the process of revising the Standards of Quality, language was inadvertently altered during the 2004 Session. This bill is identical to H.B. 216.
