SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE:

Elections; general registrars; performance reviews.  Replaces the requirement that the local electoral board send a copy of each annual performance review of the general registrar to the State Board of Elections with the requirement to send a summary of the review.

Elections; general registrars; performance reviews.  Deletes the requirement that the local electoral board send a copy of each annual performance review to the State Board of Elections.
