SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Child abuse or neglect; mandated reporting of certain teenage pregnancies. Requires an attending physician or other health professional to report teenage pregnancies as child abuse or neglect upon finding that (i) a child under the age of 15 is pregnant.
