SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION: (all summaries)

Southern Virginia Higher Education Center; board of trustees.  Modifies the membership of the board of trustees to allow the Speaker of the House of Delegates to appoint an alternate for any Delegate appointed to the board and the Senate Committee on Rules to appoint an alternate for the Senator appointed to the board.
