SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Secretary of Agriculture and Forestry; Tobacco Indemnification and Community Revitalization Commission; Virginia Land Conservation Board of Trustees; membership.  Adds the Secretary of Agriculture and Forestry to the membership of the Tobacco Indemnification and Community Revitalization Commission and the Virginia Land Conservation Board of Trustees.  The bill also removes the Commissioner of Agriculture and Consumer Services from the Tobacco Indemnification and Community Revitalization Commission.
