SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Requirements for home instruction of children. Modifies the criteria that a parent must meet to provide home instruction to their children, by providing that a parent who holds a high school diploma, rather than a baccalaureate degree, meets the requirements. This bill is identical to HB 1340.
