SB 445 Divorce decrees; removes requirement that decree include each party's social security number.

SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Divorce decrees.  Removes the requirement that a decree of divorce include each party's social security number. The social security number is included with other personal identifying information on an addendum filed with the decree.  This bill has been incorporated into SB 369.
