SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE:

Joint Commission on Health Care. Extends the sunset provision for the Joint Commission on Health Care to July 1, 2010, allowing the Commission to continue for another three years.

SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Joint Commission on Health Care. Repeals the section providing that the chapter authorizing the Commission will expire on July 1, 2007, thereby establishing the Commission as a permanent Commission.
