SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Plans to preserve farmland and forestland. Directs agencies that prepare plans for the implementation of policies to preserve important farmland and forestland to submit those plans to the Secretary of Agriculture and Forestry and the Secretary of Natural Resources annually. Presently, plans are submitted to the Secretary of Commerce and Trade and the Secretary of Natural Resources.
