SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)
Drive off from retail motor fuel establishment; court costs. Requires the payment of court costs for driving off and not paying for gasoline at a retail gas station. The penalty for violation is a civil penalty. Prosecution for larceny is not precluded. This is a recommendation of the Committee on District Courts.
