SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Psychiatric Inpatient Commitment of Minors Act; special justices.  Makes it clear that retired judges, substitute judges, and special justices are authorized to perform hearings under the Act and to receive compensation therefor.  This bill has been incorporated into SB 290.
