SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Crimes; failing to pay for motor fuel; penalty. Creates a rebuttable presumption that the registered owner or lessee of the vehicle was the person who failed to pay for the motor fuel. The bill also allows for the summons for a violation of the section to be executed by mailing a copy of the summons by first-class mail. This bill has been incorporated into SB 378.
