SB 289 Insanity; conditional release shall not be revoked because of voluntary hospital admission.

SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Not guilty by reason of insanity; conditional release. Provides that when a person who has been found not guilty by reason of insanity is on conditional release, the fact that he voluntarily admits himself to a hospital does not automatically revoke his conditional release.
