All-terrain vehicles and off-road motorcycles. Requires non-dealer owners of all-terrain vehicles and off-road motorcycles powered by gasoline or diesel engines displacing more than 50 cubic centimeters and purchased as new on or after July 1, 2006, to title their vehicles with DMV.
