SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE:
State and Local Government Conflict of Interests Act. Amends the statement of economic interests disclosure form by removing the requirement that the address provided be a home address. As introduced, this bill was a recommendation of the Judicial Council.
SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Statements of economic interests; members of the judiciary. Provides that justices and judges are not required to disclose the address or telephone number of their principal residence, or the names or occupations of any immediate family members on the statement of economic interests. This is a recommendation of Judicial Council.
