SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Provisional driver's licenses; use of wireless telecommunications devices. Prohibits persons under the age of 18 from using any cellular telephone or any other wireless telecommunications device, regardless of whether such device is or is not hand-held, while driving. The bill also makes a violation of this provision a primary offense.
