SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Third offense driving on a suspended license; penalty. Makes the third or subsequent offense of driving on a suspended license within a 10-year period a Class 6 felony with a mandatory minimum term of confinement of one year and a mandatory two-year license suspension. It is currently a Class 1 misdemeanor.
