SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Study; consolidation of certain state agencies; report. Establishes a joint subcommittee to study the feasibility and appropriateness of consolidating or outsourcing state agencies that issue licenses and permits and collect tax, and to issue a report to the 2007 Session of the General Assembly. This resolution was continued to 2007.
