SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Study; institutional programming for sex offenders; report. Directs the Virginia State Crime Commission to study the need for additional institutional programming at the Department of Corrections to treat sex offenders. A report on the study shall be filed no later than the first day of the 2007 Session.
