SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Study; Urban Best Management Practices Cost-Share and Tax Credit Program; report.  Requests the Department of Conservation and Recreation to study over the next two years whether an Urban Best Management Practices Cost-Share and Tax Credit Program, modeled after the Agricultural Best Management Practices Cost-Share and Tax Credit Program, would be beneficial and an economically efficient method for meeting the nutrient and sediment reduction goals of the Chesapeake Bay Agreement.
