SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Study; Joint Commission on Health Care; report. Directs the Joint Commission on Health Care to form a subcommittee to study Medicaid reform, in anticipation of changes in federal law. The Joint Commission on Health Care must submit an executive summary and report of its progress no later than the first day of the 2007 Session.
