SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Revocation of probation or parole of registered sex offenders who fail to reregister. Provides that the court shall revoke the probation or parole, as applicable, of any person convicted of failing to register or reregister as a sex offender. This bill was incorporated by House Bill 984.
