SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Providing alcohol to persons less than 21 years of age.  Clarifies the exception to the rule that a person may not provide alcohol to another who is under the age of 21. The exception is made clear that a person may provide alcoholic beverages to underage members of his family while in his residence.
