SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:

Governor; interests of senior citizens and adults with disabilities. Requires the head of each state agency to designate an existing employee who shall be responsible for reviewing policy and program decisions under consideration by the agency in light of the effect of such decisions on senior citizens and adults with disabilities.

SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Governor; interests of senior citizens and adults with disabilities.  Provides that the Governor shall, by executive order or otherwise, require the head of each state agency to designate an existing employee who shall be responsible for reviewing policy and program decisions under consideration by the agency in light of the effect of such decisions on senior citizens and adults with disabilities.
