SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Freedom of Information Act (FOIA); closed meeting exemption; Forensic Science Board and Scientific Advisory Committee. Allows the Forensic Science Board or the Scientific Advisory Committee to meet in a closed meeting when discussing or considering records relating to complaints, memoranda, correspondence, case files or reports, witness statements, and evidence relating to a criminal investigation or prosecution, which records are excluded from FOIA pursuant to subdivision F 1 of § 2.2-3706.
