SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

License plates.  Prohibits use of any bracket, holder, mounting, or frame that obscures the alpha-numeric license number, the name or abbreviated name of the state in which the vehicle is registered, or any decal, stamp, or other device indicating the month or year in which the vehicle's registration expires.
