SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Income tax; toll payment tax credit.  Provides a tax credit against income tax, for taxpayers owning and operating commercial vehicles, in an amount equal to 25% of the total amount paid for tolls on Virginia highways, for taxable years beginning on and after January 1, 2007.
