SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)
Transient occupancy tax on certain rentals. Raises the maximum amount of transient occupancy tax that Nelson County may charge for the rental of condominiums, apartments, townhouses, or like buildings from 2% to 5%, and requires any additional revenue to be spent on tourism.
